Welcome to Find Fletcher!
Someone wants to sell a house. Someone wants to buy a house. I want to make it happen.
Buying and selling houses is often thought of as an adversarial battle. After all, sellers want to get as much money for their house as possible, and buyers want to pay as little for a house as possible. I don’t see it as an adversarial battle – I look at it as a cooperative process. When all is said and done, the seller should be happy that they sold their house, and the buyer should be happy that they’ve bought the house. There’s no real reason that a real estate transaction should be particularly difficult. Every transaction has some degree of stress, however, and that’s why a qualified, experienced real estate broker like me is necessary.
There are many nuances involved in a transaction. Some are easy to navigate, and some can be tricky. I once heard that a good broker is like an airplane pilot. Their job is to get you to your destination as comfortably as possible. Sometimes there is turbulence, and the pilot says “go back to your seat and buckle your seatbelt, we’ll get through this soon”. Think of me as your pilot during your real estate transaction. You can have confidence in me that we’ll have a transaction that is as smooth and easy as we can possibly make it, and, in all likelihood, a very soft and smooth landing.
As you look through these pages, I hope you’ll realize that I am a real estate professional that cares deeply about my family, my friends, my community, and my clients. When all is said and done, I don’t want you to think of me as just a Realtor®. I want you to think of me as a friend.
