My Mission
It is my mission to make the home selling and buying process as pleasurable an experience as possible by adhering to the highest ethical standards, the strongest moral values and, most of all, complete and total honesty and fairness to my clients.

Professional

Real Estate Broker/Realtor®: I received both my Agent and Broker license in North Carolina in 2003. I have been recognized every year for outstanding sales achievement. In addition, I was the company-wide “Outgoing Referral Agent of the Year” for 2011.

Advertising and Marketing: My previous career was in advertising and marketing with radio, television and cable stations, as well as a stint with an advertising agency. I have been trained in utilizing both traditional and “outside the box” methods of advertising and marketing, and that will help maximize the exposure of your property. There is more to marketing your home than just a sign, a newspaper ad or an MLS listing.

Sales: I have developed strong negotiating skills to get the best value for your real estate needs. It is important that your agent is able to handle objections and negotiate transactions and guide you through all facets of your transaction. Let me put my skills to work for you.

Business: You can take advantage of my strong connections through a long-established relationship with numerous businesses and organizations in the area. My large network of acquaintances may include people who want to buy your house.

Designations: Certified Residential Specialist®. Realtors who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Only 4% of 1.1 million Realtors® nationwide have earned this credential. Home buyers and sellers can be assured that CRS Designees subscribe to the strict Realtors® code of ethics, have access to the latest technology and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.
